This October, there was a splendid landscape at the entrance hall of Anqing Foreign Language School’s campus, which attracted a great many teachers and students to appreciate. It turned out to be the recently-held outstanding achievement exhibition of the 2017 Students’ Social Practice Activities during Summer Vacation Time.
To be specific, the colorful social practice activity achievement recorded students’ experience by means of a combination of illustrations and words, which comprised surveys of Anqing citizens’ environmental awareness, Lianhu Park’s biology, Linghu Park’s botany, the physical phenomenon in life, study experience as well as class logo designs. Evidently, the brilliant photographs and records represented students’ development portrayal when they spent their summer vacation entering society, experiencing life, training abilities in addition to challenging themselves.
To conclude, students expressed one after another that although they participated in everyday occurrences in limited time, they could discover and gain inspiration in life as well as truly reflect and solve issues in social life with concentrated attention so as to acquire knowledge and capabilities that they could not obtain in school. In the meantime, Anqing Foreign Language School hoped that this achievement exhibition would lead more students to positively take part in social practice and combine book knowledge with life reality to better understand, serve and make contributions to society.
